RESOLUTION NO. 3263
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
AGREEMENT FOR MAINTENANCE OF STATE HIGHWAYS
IN THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
WHEREAS, the State of California, through. its Department of Transportation has
presented an amendment to an agreement entitled "Agreemenffor Maintenance of State
Highways in the City of Arroyo Grande" which concerns the maintenance of State Highway
Routes within the limits of the City of Arroyo Grande executed by the City on September
23, 199~;and

WHEREAS, the amendment to said agreement provides for additional funding for the City's
maintenance of said portions of State Highways within the City of Arroyo Grande;
NOW, THEREFORE, BElT RESOLVED, that the City Council ofthe City of Arroyo Grande
does hereby approved the attached Amendment to Agreement for Maintenance of State
Highways in the City of Arroyo Grande and the Mayor is directed to sign on behalf of the
City.
On motion by Council Member Fuller, seconded. by Council Member Lady, and by the
following roll call vote, to wit: .
AYES: Council Members Fuller, Lady, Tolley, and Mayor Dougall
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Runels
