OCTOBER 4, 1982
The City Council met in a r~gular adjourned meeting with Mayor Smith presiding.
Upon roll call, Council Members Lawrence E. Vandeveer, Matt Gallagher, and
Mark M. Millis reported present.
STUDY SESSION RE: CITY'S LOAN FUNDS UNDER CALIFORNIA SAFE DRINKING WATER
BOND LAW OF 1976 FOR AMOUNT OF $746,650 FOR PURPOSES OF RESOLUTION OF
NITRATE PROBLEMS
Public Works Director Karp and Jim,Garing, Garing, Taylor, and
Associa~~s, engin~er fo~.the projec~1 explained the loan procedure and
the construction which the proposed loan would cover. Information
was received and no action was taken.

at 7:31 P.M.,
CLOSED SESSION
Council adjourned to close? session at 7:40 P.M. and returned
at 7:55 P.M.
ADJOURNMENT
On motion of Council Member Gallagher, seconded by Council Member
Millis, it was unanimously voted to adjourn at 7:55 P.M.
