ARROYO GRANDE CITY COUNCIL AND PLANNING CO.MMISSION
JULY 9, 1994
The joint field trip meeting of the Arroyo Grande City Council and Planning Commission was
called to order at 10:00 A. M. by Mayor Gallagher and Planning Commission Chairman Keen.
Present are Council Members Souza, Brandy and Lady and Commissioners Tappan, Carr and
Deviny.

TOUR OF FREDERICK'S PROPERTY
Mike Frederick provided an overview of the property, and status of the proposal application to
amend the City's Sphere of Influence.
At 10:50 A.M., Council Member Lady excused himself from the meeting, and the vehicle tour
began. The participants stopped several times to discuss and look at the property.
At 11 :30 A.M., Council Member Brandy excused himself and the Council lost a quorum.
There were no written communications.
At 12: 10 P.M., Commissioner Deviny made a motion to adjourn, and Commissioner Tappan
seconded the motion. It was unanimous to adjourn the meeting.
