5. Approving Parcel Map AG 79-194.
City Engineer then reviewed for Council his recommendation for ?~~cel
_ MapAG 79-202, Todd and Olive Street, fronting on the East Side of Halcyon
Road, being Lot Split Case No. 79-316.

-After Council discussion, a motion was made by Councilman de Leon,
seconded by Councilman Gallagher and unanimously carried as follows:
1. Accepting on behalf of the public, subject to improvement, the
dedications made for road widening an~. street tree easement.
2. Finding that Parcel Map AG 79,-20.2 is c()nsistent with the General
Plan and consistent with the City Zoning,
3. Approving Parcel Map AG 79-202.
ADJOURNMENT
On motion of. Councilman de Leon, seconded by Councilman Gallagher and
unanimously carried, the meeting adjourned.at 5:55 p.m.
