A motion was then made by Councilman de Leon, seconded by Councilman
Gallagher to adjourn to a meeting with the Lucia Mar School District Board,
located at 602 Orchard Street on February 4, 1980 at 7:30 P.M. SAID MOTION PASSED
on the following roll call vote: AYES: Council Members Pope, Gallagher, de Leon,
Smith and Mayor Millis; NOES: None; ABSENT: None.

The topic of discussion was the school assessment fees on housing. No
conclusions were reached at this time.
