Regular Adjourned
Study Session
The Council met for a regular adjourned study session with all Council Members
present.
LAFCO Officer Barbara Carlson spoke to Council regarding LAFCO laws and require-
ments. General discussion ensued in regard to the Brisco Annexation. Council
also discussed the City's Sphere of influence.

It was the general concensus of Council that an item be placed on the agenda
of the next regular Council meeting with reference to a policy on annexation of
the island, working together with Mr. Filer and Mr. Sternbergh on said
annexation.

ADJOURNMENT
A motion was made by Council Member Hogan, seconded by Council Member Vandeveer
and unanimously carried to adjourn at 8:55 P.M.
