1. ROLL CALL:
Mayor Ferrara called the meeting to order at 6:32 p.m. Council Member Jim Dickens, Council Member
Ed Arnold, Mayor Pro Tern Jim Guthrie, City Manager Steven Adams, and City Attorney Timothy
Carmel were present. Council Member Joe Costello was absent.

None.
