1. ROLL CALL:
Mayor Ferrara called the meeting to order at 6:45 p.m. Council Member Jim Dickens, Council Member
Joe Costello, Council Member Ed Arnold, Mayor Pro Tem Jim Guthrie, City Manager Steven Adams,
and City Attorney Timothy Carmel were present.
2. PUBLIC COMMENT:
None.
3. CITY COUNCIL CLOSED SESSION:
