Recommended Action: 1 Adopt a Resolution of the Arroyo Grande Redevelopment Agency
approving a Funding Agreement b and between the Agency and the City o Arroyo Grande,
and making the findings required by Health & Safety Code Section 33445 for Agency funding
of the Le Point Street Improvements and Parking Lot Expansion Project, PW 2011 -0; 2)
Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande approving a Funding
Agreement by and between the City o Arroyo Grande and the Arroyo Grande Redevelopment

Agency, and making the findings required by Health & Safety Code Section 33445 for Agency
funding of the Le Point Street Improvements and Parking Lot Expansion Project, P V 2011-02;
and Authorize the Mayor to execute the Funding Agreement contingent upon the award of
the construction contract for the Le Point Street Improvements and Parrying Lot Expansion
Project.
