SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL

ARROYO GRANDE, CALIFORNIA
1. ROLL CALL:
Mayor Ferrara called the special meeting to order at 6:44 p.m. Council Member Tim Brown,
Mayor Pro Tem Caren Ray, City Manager Steven Adams, Human Resources Manager Karen
Sisko, and City Attorney Tim Carmel were present. Council Members Joe Costello and Jim
Guthrie were absent.
2. PUBLIC COMMENT:
None.
3. CITY COUNCIL CLOSED SESSION:
a. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR pursuant to Govemment Code
Section 54957.6:
Agency Negotiator: Steven Adams, City Manager
Represented Employees: Arroyo Grande Police Officers' Association
(AGPOA)
4. RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION:
Mayor Ferrara announced that there was no reportable action from the closed session.
5. ADJOURNMENT:
