A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ACCEPTING EASEMENTS AND
IMPROVEMENTS FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO.
08 -002 VETERINARY CLINIC LOCATED AT 205 EL
CAMINO REAL
WHEREAS, on September 2, 2008 the Planning Commission adopted Resolution No.
08 -2069 approving Conditional Use Permit Case No. 08 -002 for a phased Veterinary
Clinic at 205 El Camino Real; and
WHEREAS, the project was conditioned to offer a dedication of easements and to
construct certain public improvements; and
WHEREAS, the developer has offered the easements and constructed the
improvements required by the conditions of approval for Conditional Use Permit No. 08-
002; and
WHEREAS, staff has inspected the improvements and finds they are constructed in
accordance with the approved plans for the project; and
WHEREAS, the developer has provided the 10% warranty security as required by the
conditions of approval, to be released at the conclusion of the one -year warranty period,
provided the improvements are still in satisfactory condition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande does hereby accept the following for Conditional Use Permit No. 08 -002:
1. Offer to dedicate a Public Road Easement on El Camino Real (Barnett Street).
2. Offer to dedicate Public Utility Easements on El Camino Real (Barnett Street)
and Cornwall Avenue.
3. Offer to dedicate Public Street Tree Easements on El Camino Real (Barnett
Street) and Cornwall Avenue.
4. Curb, Gutter and Sidewalk installation on El Camino Real (Barnett Street) and
Cornwall Avenue.
5. Water Services and Devices installation.
On motion of Council Member Ray, seconded by Council Member Costello, and by the
following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Ray, Costello, Guthrie, Brown, and Mayor Ferrara
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 9 day of August 2011.
