R 4402 RESOLUTION NO. 4402
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ACCEPTING OFFERS OF
DEDICATION, EASEMENTS AND IMPROVEMENTS FOR
PARCEL MAP AG 10-0060 AND CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT NO. 10-002; LOCATED AT 200 AND 208 EAST
BRANCH STREET
WHEREAS, the City Council approved Final Parcel Map AG 10-0060; located at 200
and 208 East Branch Street on October 11, 2011; and
WHEREAS, the project was conditioned to offer a dedication of right of way and
easements and to construct certain public improvements; and
WHEREAS, the developer has offered the right of way and easements and constructed
the improvements required by the conditions of approval for Parcel Map AG 10-0060
and Conditional Use Permit 10-002; and
WHEREAS, staff has inspected the improvements and finds they are constructed in
accordance with the approved plans for the project; and
WHEREAS, the developer has provided the 10% warranty security as required by the
conditions of approval, to be released at the conclusion of the one-year warranty period,
provided the improvements are still in satisfactory condition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande does hereby accept the following for Parcel Map AG 10-0060 and Conditional
Use Permit No. 10-002:
1. Dedication of 12 feet of right-of-way on East Branch Street as shown on Parcel
Map 10-0060.
2. Public pedestrian easement along the southerly property line of Parcel 1 as
shown on Parcel map 10-0060.
3. Curb, gutter, sidewalk and landscaping on the East Branch Street frontage of.200
and 208 East Branch Street.
4. Pavement, curb, gutter, sidewalk and landscaping on the Short Street frontage of
200 East Branch Street.
5. 8" sewer main in Olohan Alley.
6. Water services installation at 200 and 208 East Branch Street.
