R 4442 RESOLUTION NO. 4442
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE DECLARING ITEMS AS SURPLUS
AND AUTHORIZING THEIR SALE
WHEREAS, the City of Arroyo Grande has certain vehicles which are no longer used or
needed; and
WHEREAS, the vehicles can be classified as surplus property and made available for
sale.
NOW THEREFORE IT BE RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande does hereby declare as surplus the vehicles described in Exhibit A attached
hereto and incorporated herein by this reference and authorizes their sale.
On motion of Council Member Guthrie, seconded by Council Member Brown, and by the
following role call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Guthrie, Brown, Costello, Ray, and Mayor Ferrara
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
The foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 10�" day of April, 2012.
