RESOLUTION NO. 3183
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE APPROVING THE
CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE ADOPTED BY
TJ-I.E ARROYO GRANDE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
WHEREAS, on August 27, 1996 the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande ("City
Council") did duly pass and adopt Ordinance No. 479 C.S. and did thereby activate
the Arroyo Grande Redevelopment Agency (It Agency"); and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 33200 of the Community Redevelopment Law,
California Health and Safety Code Sections 33000, etseq., the City Council has
declared itself to be the Agency; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 96-1, the Agency has adopted the Bylaws
and Conflict of Interest Code of the Arroyo Grande Redevelopment Agency; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is required by Section 87303 of the Political Reform
Act, California Government Code Sections 81000, et seq. to review and approve the
Conflict of Interest Code adopted by the Agency.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVeD by the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande as follows:
Section 1. The Conflict of Interest Code adopted by the Arroyo Grande
Redevelopment Agency (If Agency Conflict of Interest Code") is hereby approved.
Section 2. Staff is hereby directed to any actions that may be required in order to
implement the provisions of the Agency's COr'\flict of Interest Code.
On motion of Council Member Brandy , seconded by Council
Member Ladv , and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
Ayes: Council Members Brandy, Lady, Souza, Fuller, and Mayor Dougall
Noes: None
Absent: None
the f.oregoing resolution was passed and adopted this 8 th day of October, 1996.
