RESOLUTION NO. 3171
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITI COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE CONFIRMING SPECIAL LANDSCAPING ASSESSi)1ENT
WHEREAS, on JMay 28, 1996, the Arroyo Grande City Council approved an Amendment
to Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Tract 1158 (Oak Park Villas) whereby the City of
Arroyo Grande agreed to provide certain specified landscaping and related maintenance on real
property located along Oak: Park Boulevard adjacent to Tract 1158, Arroyo Grande, Cilifornia,
which maintenance was previously provided by the homeowners in Tract 1158 and administered
by the Oak Park Villas Homeowners Association; and
WHEREAS, the owners of Lots 1 through 70, Tract 1:158, agreed to pay an annual
assessment of $60 in exchange for the City's agreement to provide said maintenance services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande as follows:
1. That the above recitals are true and correct.
2. That the assessments shown on ExiuDit -A- attached hereto and incorporated herein
by this reference are confIrmed as true and correct.
3. Immediately after adoption, a certified copy of. this Resolution shall be filed with
the County Auditor.
4. The assessment shall be collected at the same time and in the same manner as
County taxes are collected, and all laws providing for the collection and enforcement of County
taxes shall apply to the collection and enforcement of the assessments. After collection by the
County, the net amount of the assessments, after deducting compensation due the County for
collection, shall be paid to the City.
On motion of Council Member Fuller 1 seconded by Council Member
Ladv , and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Fuller, Lady, and Mayor Dougall
NOES: None

ABSENT: Council Member Brandy
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 10th day of September, 1996.
