RESOLUTION NO. 3156
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY'OF ARROYO GRANDE AUTHORIZING-
CITY REPRESENTATIVES TO ACQUIRE FEDERAL SURPLUS
PROPERTY FROM THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA r
WHEREAS, Federal regulations require eligibility files to be updated periodically; and
WHEREAS, the files reveal the requirement for the City of Arroyo Grande to renew its eligibility.
NOW, .THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Ci~ of Arroyo Grande, and hereby
ordered, that the officials whose names, titles, and signatures are listed below shall be, and are hereby
authorized as, our representatives to acquire Federal surplus property from the California State Agency for
