A RESOLUTION OF TIIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRA1'IDE ESTABUSIllNG STOP SIGNS AT
THE INTERSECTIONS OF RODEO DRIVE AND
EMERALD BAY AND RODEO DRIVE AJ."'ID GRACE .

WHEREAS, it appears necessary and desirable to establish boulevard stop signs at the
intersection of Rodeo Drive and Emerald Bay Drive and Rodeo Drive and Grace Lane.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande, as follows:
That stop signs be placed on the northwest and southeast corners at the
intersections of Rodeo Drive at Emerald Bay Drive and Rodeo Drive at
Grace Lane.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police of the City of Arroyo Grande be,
and is hereby authorized to provide and install sufficient signs and! or markings to indicate
said stop signs.
On motion of Council Member Lady , seconded by Council Member Brandy
, and on the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYlES: Council Members Lady, Brandy, Fuller, Souza, and Mayor Dougall
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted this 23rd day of April, 1996.
