A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE ESTABLISHING A SALARY RANGE FOR
THE POSITION OF NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICES TECHNICIAN
WHEREAS, the City currently has a budgeted part-time Neighborhood Services
Technician position with an established job description; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande ("City") deems it in the best
interest of the City to create a full-time Neighborhood Services Technician position due
to the increased demand for services in this area; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande ("City) deems it in the best
interest of the City to establish a salary range for the position of Neighborhood Services
Technician. This position will be placed on the full-time, non-sworn salary schedule of
the Arroyo Grande Police Officers' Association (AGPOA).
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande does hereby establish the salary range for the full-time Neighborhood Services
Technician position as follows:
POSITION: Neighborhood Services Technician
Range: 20 (AGPOA)

This Resolution shall become effective as of September 12, 2012.
