A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE DECLARING THE 2001 FORD TAURUS
VEHICLE AS SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING ITS TRANSFER
TO THE FIVE CITIES FIRE AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the City of Arroyo Grande owns a 2001 Ford Taurus vehicle that is
no longer needed; and
WHEREAS, in past years, the City of Arroyo Grande has authorized the sale or
transfer of surplus vehicles to agencies that have a need for such vehicles.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Arroyo Grande does hereby declare as surplus the vehicle described in Exhibit A,
attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, and authorizes its
transfer, without consideration, to the Five Cities Fire Authority.
On motion of Council Member Guthrie, seconded by Council Member Ray, and
by the following role call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Guthrie, Ray, Costello, Brown, and Mayor Ferrara
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
